BridgeWell Mobility is based in Federal Way. This is the community we work in every day, and we know its hospitals, clinics, senior communities, and streets well.
Who We Drive
Much of our work in Federal Way is with seniors. We take riders to medical appointments, and we also handle personal errands and other occasions — trips that matter but that conventional transportation often cannot accommodate.
Trips start and end in Federal Way, and they also run beyond it. A rider may need a local appointment one week and a specialist across the county the next.
Where We Take Riders
St. Francis Hospital is our most frequent destination in Federal Way. We also transport riders to clinics, dialysis appointments, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and airports, and to destinations outside the city when that is where care is.
Transportation Types
We provide three levels of service: Ambulatory Transportation for riders who can walk with minimal assistance, Wheelchair Transportation for riders using their own wheelchair or one we provide, and Reclining Mobility Transportation for riders who cannot sit upright comfortably and need to travel in a reclined position.
