Transportation Partnerships Built Around the People You Serve

BridgeWell Mobility works with healthcare providers, care facilities, schools, and social service organizations across Washington to coordinate Special Needs and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation for the people in their care. We aim to make transportation planning simpler for your team while supporting each rider with professionalism, dignity, and care.

Organizations do not simply book rides. They arrange transportation for people under their care — a patient leaving the hospital, a resident attending a standing appointment, a student traveling to a specialized program. That responsibility does not end when transportation is arranged. We work to carry it with you: coordinating each trip around the rider, communicating clearly with the people arranging it, and treating transportation as part of the care your organization already provides.

When an organization arranges transportation, it is extending the care it already provides. We aim to carry that responsibility forward — from the door to the destination.

Who We Partner With

We work with organizations across Washington that coordinate transportation on behalf of the people they serve.

Every organization is different, but they all share one goal: helping people get where they need to go safely, reliably, and with dignity.

Healthcare Providers

We work with clinics, physician offices, therapy providers, and other healthcare organizations to coordinate dependable transportation for patients attending scheduled medical care. Our goal is to make transportation planning easier while supporting each rider with professionalism, reliability, and care.

Hospitals & Discharge Teams

We work with hospital discharge planners, case coordinators, and post-acute teams to arrange transportation home when a patient is ready to leave. We aim to make the handoff straightforward for your team, coordinating pickup around discharge timing and the rider's mobility needs.

Adult Family Homes & Residential Care

We work with adult family homes and residential care operators to coordinate transportation for residents attending medical appointments, therapy, and other scheduled destinations. We strive to be a consistent, familiar presence for the residents in your care, and a straightforward one for the staff arranging their trips.

Schools & Educational Programs

We work with school districts, special education teams, and program providers to coordinate transportation for students traveling to school, therapy, and developmental programs. We aim to support each student with patience and consistency, coordinating closely with the families and staff involved.

Case Managers & Social Service Organizations

We work with case managers and social service organizations to arrange transportation for the individuals on their caseloads. We aim to be a dependable point of coordination, so that getting there is one fewer obstacle between a client and the care or services they need.

Senior Living Communities

We work with senior living communities to coordinate transportation for residents attending medical appointments and other scheduled destinations. We strive to serve each resident with patience and respect, and to keep coordination simple for the staff arranging their trips.

How Partnerships Work

Working with BridgeWell is meant to be simple. Most partnerships take shape in three steps.

  1. Coordinate Transportation

We start by understanding who your organization serves, what kinds of trips come up, and how your team prefers to arrange them. Transportation works best when it fits the way you already work.

  2. Schedule Trips

Trips are arranged around the rider — mobility needs, timing, and any support required along the way. Recurring trips can be planned in advance; one-time trips can be arranged as they come up.

  3. Stay Connected

We stay in contact with the people arranging transportation. When plans change, we work to adjust alongside your team rather than leaving them to sort it out.

What Organizations Can Expect

What we aim to bring to every organization we work with.

Compassionate Service

Every rider is someone's patient, resident, student, or client. We aim to treat each one with the same care your organization already extends to them.

Dependable Communication

We work to keep the people arranging transportation informed. Clear communication before, during, and after a trip is part of the service, not an extra.

Rider-Centered Approach

Trips are planned around the rider's mobility, medical, and personal support needs — not around a standard route.

Thoughtful Coordination

We aim to make transportation simpler to coordinate, allowing your team to stay focused on the people in its care.
